Clearing services
Demolition & debris hauling
Old sheds, collapsed carports, broken concrete, fencing, and years of dumped junk — we tear it out, load it up, and haul it away so your lot is clean.
What to expect
We handle light demolition and cleanup work that goes hand-in-hand with clearing: outbuildings, slabs and footings, walls, fences, and debris piles. Material is sorted where practical so concrete, metal and green waste go to the right place.
Vacant lots in town often collect illegal dumping — mattresses, furniture, construction debris and household trash. We clear it out and can recommend ways to discourage repeat dumping.

Permits and utilities come first
Demolishing a structure can require a permit, and utilities to it must be disconnected before work starts. Rules depend on the structure and the jurisdiction, so we help you confirm what is needed with the city or county before we begin.
Older buildings may contain materials such as asbestos that require testing and special handling. If we see signs of that, we will stop and tell you before anything is disturbed.
